Great location to stop by and shop at! Love walking in and smelling the freshly popped popcorn!! Nice produce section. Shelves were full of product!! Store is kept very clean and organized. Great customer service and absolutely no wait to check out! Plenty of registers open!

I use to love coming here for their hot chocolate, but ever since Lisa has quit its disappointing. Even the service is terrible, waited at the coffee bar for 10 minutes while the staff were talking and too busy on their phones. They turned around a few times and still never acknowledged me, the lady even looked right at me. Please do better.

I see my review was taken down but I feel like people need to know this. I tried to return a moldy reduced item the same day and they said no returns on those items because you “buy it at your own risk”. I always wondered why the reduced meat was so grey.

Well stocked grocery store with lots of selections and great quality produce and baked goods. Staff was very helpful. Easy to get in and out with what i needed quickly.

Went to get the meat deal of 2.99 lb burger limit 2 per customer. Have a family of 7 went back two days later to get 2 more packs to find out its 2 for the whole sale. Never seen this before its usually per transaction. So a family of 2 get 2 packs and a family of 7 get 2 packs. Wont be shopping deals there anymore. Weis and giant allow you to get as much as you need.

Seriously DO NOT go here unless you’re trying to get racially profiled. I typically don’t post things like this so it’s been a long time coming. Between the manager following me through the store to the customers service desk attendant not even acknowledging me when I went up to her to let her know my self checkout was claiming I had a “unknown item” in the bag (which I did not.) And couldn’t answer me when I asked what the “real issue” was. What the heck was I going to steal with a thin jacket and a tight pair of jeans!? I was holding my wallet the entire time! Even making it known that I didn’t have anything in my basket except for a bag of oranges and some popcorn. But somehow being mixed race that gave them grounds stereotype and follow me. Do better people.

A very nice and inviting place to grocery shop. It is a very neat, organized, and clean store with smiles coming from every employee that I saw working. The person that helped me at the fish counter was very polite. the check out lady was engaging and fast but I didn't feel rushed or made to wait. She was the same with the person in front of me as well as the person behind me. I would recommend that you support this local business. You won't be disappointed.

UPDATE: Had an opportunity to speak with the store manager about these issues. I appreciated the call and the effort to make things right. This is a beautiful store and the staff is pleasant. Worth giving it another try. Original Post: Very disappointed with the Mount Joy location. Bought bag of grapes to discover nearly half were rotting. Two steak and cheese subs smelled so bad when I opened them like the meat was turning rancid. Not edible at all. Got bulk gummies which had the most horrific flavor. Husband loves gummies and wouldn't touch these. On top of this several regular items we needed were not in stock. The veggies were very good, however.
