Went looking for a Clam Chowder last week and found it at Starship. My husband and I enjoyed it- it was so delicious. It was slightly creamy and had a wonderful amount of clams and potatoes in it. The best part was the bit of “heat” in the chowder. For me the heat manifested itself at the back of the throat, a lovely warm sensation. ( maybe pepper?) The chowder was seasoned perfectly, the texture was great and they are always generous with the bread and crackers. Best clam chowder I have had outside of Boston. I almost felt guilty enjoying my meal so much on a Friday in lent, did not feel like I was giving up anything😀it was That good! First time here and the food was awesome! We had the La NASA sub and the warm Jefferson sandwich. Both were great and came with the home made chips. The meat on the Jefferson sandwich was so tender. My review started negatively as we came in to get an order to go of 2 subs. Got all the way home and it was wrong. I called the shop and they sent out a delivery driver to bring us the correct sub. The customer service won me over and we will be back. Food was good too!

I used this restaurant for my wedding food, they have a different menu for catering than in store. Long story short, the tasting was great but the food delivered to the venue was undercooked or not tasting up to par. I was so embarrassed to learn almost everyone went to eat after the food was served to them. As there was an event going on I had no choice but to try to save the day with dessert I ordered elsewhere. Out of all the food we ordered at starship I will say everyone favored the finger sandwiches than the cooked food.
