This Starbucks Reserve is a special type of Starbucks that offers coffee experiences of various kinds. The service is excellent and friendly. The menu for drinks and coffees is vast, experimental, and inspiring. I loved my time here where I sat for a while writing and enjoying my Americano coffee. My wife got the Pumpkin spice latte Frappuccino, which was nice but a bit spicy for her taste. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A chic Starbucks located in a Prime district. This is not your ordinary coffee outlet. This is a Rated R Starbucks. Creme De la Cream! The service is super fast and the beverage quality never dissapoint me. I really love the spacious look and solid furnitures. One of the best places to go to, whether you want to read and grab a drink or work in a coffee shop with good WiFi - Starbucks is always the place to go. The friendly staff makes it an even better experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Great service, great place. Only issue is the toilet left with no tissue. Used my own and asked for them to assist and add. Went back 15 min later with 2 children and had to struggle for tissue again as it had not been added as they had said. The service is average. The staff doesn’t let you know that you save money by swapping out your cup for a sustainable version. They also don’t call your name again if you don’t hear them calling it out the first time. My chai latte was cold. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person R 50–100 Recommended dishes Strawberry Frappe
I come here a lot. I don’t think they have particularly great coffee or food - though I do love their teas and cheesecake. It’s really the atmosphere that makes this place nice to be. There is free WiFi, it’s open most of the day, every day, even on most holidays. It is just always a nice place that makes me feel comfortable, that is why I come. Was here first thing in the morning. The place has that amazing coffee smell that Starbucks is famous for. The staff were very friendly and very energetic. Definitely will be back again next time I'm in Jozi. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person R 50–100 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Cool Lime
It's a great place to chill with best of the coffees. They have power ports on almost every table to charge a laptop or cellphone. The things that disappoint me about Starbucks is their menu that's not available on their app, cannot order on the app, their menu on the display units which is difficult to see if you're visually impaired. The cashier staff that thinks everyone who buys is familiar with the environment. But anyway, it's nice to chill here. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Modernism is the essence you feel you walk in the store. You'd even forget it's a coffee shop that looks incredible and a great place to have meetings with power sockets made visible so it's an easy plug and play. Although because of this atmosphere it makes people rather are a bit stagnant, or zealous. It's sad to say I wouldn't recommend it if you're South African and there's multiple reasons which would take up a lot of time to write. It's like everyone becomes foreign all of sudden, including the employees. This fear of speaking vernacular is absolutely unacceptable. Back to the service I ordered some iced coffee that was filled to the brim, you slightly put the straw it spills everywhere and yeah well who cares, had to clean the spillage MYSELF like I messed the dining room at my house and no must dare help me.
