Eric, the manager, was the man this morning! Within 10sec of me waiting for an order pickup, he addressed me and created a solution for my missing drink. The only store in the area that always kills it! As a previous starbucks barista, I know the systems they have in place and usually store to store can be inconsistent, but Casey(sorry if i butchered the spelling) is always so so kind to me when I pop in for my chai and provides the best customer experience around. Thanks Casey!
