Eric, the manager, was the man this morning! Within 10sec of me waiting for an order pickup, he addressed me and created a solution for my missing drink. I was impressed with his speed, efficiency, teamwork, and willingness to help. Eric was the definition of excellent customer service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

It's nice to see a different layout for Starbucks. The cashier was friendly as he took our order. Everything seemed to be stocked. I like the community table and the height of counters are accessible for wheelchairs. The reason for not having 5 stars is the uncleanliness of the inside. It's lacking employees, or at least not enough to keep the place tidy for customers. Chairs not pushed in, crumbs, and drips from coffee and cream everywhere. This new establishment lacks pride and care. Please step it up.

The only store in the area that always kills it! As a previous starbucks barista, I know the systems they have in place and usually store to store can be inconsistent, but Casey(sorry if i butchered the spelling) is always so so kind to me when I pop in for my chai and provides the best customer experience around. Thanks Casey!

I spend 300-500 a month on Starbucks (it’s not even for me), but they are absolutely the best. Starbucks are generally good stores, but this place is super fast despite how busy they can get. The staff here is amazing, I’m always in the drive thru with two sandwiches and a psl and they are the best and always kind! This starbucks location is the best I've ever been to. Staff here are just super welcoming and attentive. Feels like genuinely good energy every time I go in. Orders are always completed quickly and accurately. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Edited: again today I got coffee and it’s way worse than the previous day - what a joke and a rip off! See the second pic. 😡👎😳 I started coming to this store because they always had full drinks so as a Paying customer I got my monies worth. Lately the drinks have been anything but full. What a RIP off. I’ve asked nicely, spoke to a manager and it’s still well below full. Starbucks please stop cheating your customers everyday on the amount of coffee you’re serving them. I asked for light whip and the pic below is after the “light whip” settled. Signed A loyal but very unhappy customer.

Most awful experience with staff here, racially profiled twice in less than a month! Travel for work and have gone to many other cities, and have never once even had to think in this type of space in my mind. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
