We stop here when traveling to Florida. Always a pleasant experience with a personable and professional barista/employee at the drive thru. Usual bacon, Gouda and cheese sandwich and iced White Choc Mocha were excellent. Minimal wait time. Just stopped by this Starbucks on our way to Charlotte and the barista taking our order at the drive through was incredibly friendly and helpful. Not just while taking our order, but also while accepting payment. It’s not often people pause to actually be personable. Breath of fresh air having great service like that! Both my husband and I had what tasted like burnt coffee. I had asked for a Carmel crunch hot with whipped cream. Well when we got to the window they tried to hand me a caramel crunch frap. No thanks! The girl at the window tried to say "well you ordered it" no, I ordered a hot drink. And when we got the drink it was awful. I always stop at this location, on my travels between Naples and Cleveland. A very nice location. I was just there in October. I stopped today. Parking lot was empty, do one at drive-thru. No sign on door or the drive-thru window. I am hoping this location hasn't closed. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is not a GOOD PLACE TO EAT AT IN MY OPINION......The Lamb wrap wasn't Good and the Fries was Nasty and The Price is expensive and the Cook was VERY RUDE...I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR LUNCH.....VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXPENSIVE IN MY OPINION... I stopped here on my birthday to grab my free drink. I could not get the app to load, and the girl was super friendly and filled my order and applied my discount. Everyone there in the morning around 830 had smiles on their faces and we’re pleasant. Could not ask for anything more. Order was filled perfectly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We stopped on our way south. This location is right off 95. We did a mobile order about 10 minutes out and it was ready when we arrived. Food and drinks were as expected. We visited about 4 in the afternoon and there was a line inside and at the drive thru. There is not a very big parking lot. Parking available along front and one side. The bathrooms were not too bad but did need some attention. The staff was friendly and helpful despite being so busy. This is a pretty hard evaluation to do because their product, is as it always is very good. It's Best In Class! So, the question becomes why can't I give this Starbucks five stars? Getting right to it I deducted two stars because for starters there was no air conditioning A/C in this building. That's right. No A/C and no ceiling fans to at least circulate the warm air. Two other things burned my biscuits. The tables hadn't been cleaned I found this out by sticky, sticky. Have you ever had a paper or a newspaper rip because of a sticky table? Then there was the napkins. By the time I was able to actually get one they were all hopelessly stuck together. So what kind of argument am I making here is it one of customer service or just mere complaining? It's both. Starbucks is a very good company that consistently delivers very quality products to it's customer base. Their facilities and service delivery, like their app, are also very good. I probably should have ordered the coffee for departure and then moved forward from there. The coffee I had was, like always, awesome. ☕
