I have always come to this Starbucks and never had a problem with any of my orders. Today was the first time that I I did. One of my drinks was completely tasteless. I was just milk. I went inside and let them know. One the baristas was kinda rude and gave my order to another person to remake it and completely made it even worse and I just know they did it on purpose. I wasn’t even rude and even say thank you when they gave it to me. I just left because I wasn’t going to star a problem for coffee but I won’t come back here again and it’s sad because it was my favorite Starbucks. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Absolute awful service. Staff always late. They will literally watch you at the drive thru sit for 10-15 minutes after open with zero response. A simple hey sorry we are running behind and will be with you shortly would be appropriate. Then you go to the window to get attention after sitting for 15 minutes and they literally ignore you.
