I’ve never been to this location, but I was just blown away by the warm inviting atmosphere. The young lady who took my order was so sweet, she could tell I wasn’t a regular and when I looked confused at the sizes, she said “small, medium or large” for those of you who, frequent Starbucks you probably know that they often make a big deal about their labels for the sizes they offer (venti etc) After being treated so poorly at a collision center down the street, it was nice to get treated well by a wonderful human (with awesome pink hair !) Great place for a quick stop to grab a coffee and dessert. The atmosphere was perfect for visiting with friends and hanging out. I really enjoyed the pumpkin loaf and passion tea. The guests with me had coffee and a dessert also. Next time you are looking for a place to grab a coffee you must stop here. The tables were very dirty and there was stuff all over the floor. I asked for the tables to get cleaned and the staff handed me wipes to clean it myself. Behind me a 5 year old dropped his drink and the staff did not offer to help at all. But the coffee was yummy. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Service was awful. Waited 40 mins for a drink and they had no interest in rectifying it. Ainsley & Kelly dismissed us when we asked about it 3 times and I had to just ask for a refund with a very insincere apology. They didn’t offer to make it. Worst Starbucks experience ever. Customer service was very poor here. I ordered venti size pink drink and it was 3/4 filled with ice. I asked if they can make it light ice, and one staff told me ,“Light ice will be charged for a higher price.” And then the manager said,”Any drink with light ice will have empty space above the drink.”This is the only place was giving customers very little drink with or without a whole lot of ice!
