The coffee and refreshers are so good. The vanilla scones are my fav!! However, picking up a to go order can be confusing. Your stuff is sitting on a counter with multiple orders for other pick up customers. I stood there for literally 5 minutes after 3 workers looked at me and didn't ask if I needed any assistance. I didn't wanna just grab and go. Finally a guy asked if I needed help and informed me I can just grab my order and go. Didn't ask my name or my order, so I literally could have grabbed a few things and left. So I left part of my order on the counter... on purpose. I walked out, put my partial order in the car, waited about 2 minutes, walked back in and grabbed my vanilla scones I left purposely. Again, Noone asked if it was even my order I was picking up AFTER doubling back. I found the staff, not rude, just not very attentive to their customers or the pick up orders. Not welcoming AT ALL. Not a, "Welcome to Starbucks" or anything. Better customer service is definitely in order. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

They're trying their best. You know they're making coffee. The problem is it seems like there's different people in there every week. And they don't have their you know what together. This has to be the slowest possible store in their entire footprint. Doesn’t matter if you order it on the app or in store - just be sure to bank on atleast 30 mins wait. The drive thru backs up on to neighbouring business and you cannot exit once in line. There really need more staff and resources at this place. Use at your own risk! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I order on the app consistently with this Starbucks location and it gives you an approximate order fulfillment time and every time I order early to give myself and them extra time for my order. It always takes at least 10-15 minutes longer then the estimated time!! I have been late to work on several occasions (I work less then 10 minutes from this location)because of this Starbucks! I waited in the drive through line for more than 10 minutes before I could even order and then another 10 minutes after i ordered and they didn't even have my order of 1 small drink ready for another 5 minutes atleast. I wouldn't recommend the wait to anybody as the coffee was not worth it. I hope they can improve upon efficiency and service in the future. Waited over 40 MINUTES (no exaggeration) in the drive-thru line. I would have just left but I mobile ordered and this drive-thru configuration does not allow for exiting the line unless you are at the absolute end of the line and can reverse. How is it that all other Starbucks are infinitely more efficient than the ones in Mississippi???

I have been to Starbucks all over the world and this one is by far the SLOWEST one I have ever been to. The people who work there are super nice and I know that they are just trying their best but do not go here if you want a drink in a timely manner. It should never take 30 minutes to make a drink!
