The Starbucks itself is fine and the coffee is good, but don’t fool yourself into going inside if the drive thru line is long. You can be the only dang person in the cafe and they’ll make all the mobile and drive thru orders first. The people inside the cafe should be prioritized over an endless queue of mobile orderers that are still in transit to Starbucks.

I stopped at this location before work and the coffee is amazing. However the girl working there with the green hair is extremely rude. She doesnt smile, she does say thank you. Nothing. She is not polite and it ruins the whole experience. Her face shows that she hates her job. Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1

And you actually build up points for free food & drinks also good Deals on certain Days. This is definitely one of the times where the employees make the most impact. I wouldn’t like this Starbucks location half as well if it weren’t for the great team who works here. I get kindness and respect for both myself and my kids when we go. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

💔 Super sad that it’s not often possible to get the coffee I ordered: Grande Ice Latte, 6 shots of espresso, 12 pumps of Brown Sugar- sounds simple (and maybe like a heart attack waiting to happen, but it’s my ultimate happy place in this world) and too often I leave brokenhearted (even after a second attempt at making it). I’m from Denver and recently stopped at the Starbucks at 700 Eagleridge Blvd in Pueblo to and from our trip to Albuquerque. Both times the store was beautiful and the service was excellent! On my stop on the way home from Albuquerque, I accidentally left my purse in one of the restrooms. When I got home to Denver I called and spoke with a Supervisor named Zach. He was extremely efficient and helpful and made sure that my purse was in a secure location until I had time to go pick it up the next day. I just want to pass the word that the people working at this Starbucks are extremely honest and efficient people. Starbucks company should be proud! Many Starbucks in Denver should take a lesson from this one. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We had to leave after our coffee order was messes up and the music was so loud we couldn't hear each other. Our order was simple, he had a large sumatra and they gave him a large pikes peak. I ordered a med, Sumatra with oatmilk and sugar. They gave me a med something latte that was green. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Convenient location. However be prepared to maybe wait in line a little bit if you're in your vehicle. Always have provided excellent coffees and lattes and frappuccinos in the past do not think today will be any different. Customer service is always been very good. The location May throw you off as it appears that you're in a bank or at a bank. Just go slightly pass the drive-thru area of the banking and then you're able to get into this establishment.
