The baristas are SO NICE!! They worked together as a team very well and I was impressed with how fast I got my drink. The seating isn't very comfortable, and there isn't a lot of seating, but the atmosphere is wonderful. Still a good spot to grab some coffee while you shop!! I came to this Starbucks on the first floor of the mall after checking out Barnes and Noble, and my experience was good. I ordered a mango dragon fruit lemonade refresher, and it was very good. I thought the price was fair, around $6 dollars for a venti, and it tasted good, especially for a mall Starbucks. I’d definitely come back if I was mall walking as it’s great to sip on inside of stores. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

Clear ask to mix Splenda ahead for a latter as ITS HARD TO MIX IT AFTER THE FOAM IS THERE - simple request - they couldn’t have complicated it more than this. Slow like turtle. Took about 20 min to get a drink and it wasn’t even busy. Baristas completely messed up the only 3 orders in front of me. From the sound of it they seemed like they were all training each other Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

This would have been a zero because the other employees were more interested in talking to the repair man than helping guests. Earl saved this visit big time for me. He rang me up, made my drink, AND made our food items. Give Earl a raise. 5 stars for Earl! Service: 5

Absolutely disgusting, trash all over the place and the employees are just standing around with headphones in. Definitely not creating a warm welcoming third place!! I do not feel limitless human connection here!

Every time I go my drinks don’t even taste good and it’s always too crowded. Once I went in and there was a rude employee that got me the wrong order and made me pay for it without telling me what I wanted was out instead of making waste my time and money. Once I went to claim about my wrong order the employee just laughs and tries to take more money out of me when I won’t pay for it when it’s on him until he check there wasn’t more!
