The manager Marcella and her team are crushing it. I am a regular here at this location and choose this locate over others due to the customer service and that I’m less likely to have any issues with my order here compared to many other Starbucks. Whether going through the drive through or walking in, the staff is quick, accurate, friendly and the facility is well maintained. This is pretty much my fave Starbucks to visit. They're always friendly & welcoming. I don't know her name but she has come to recognize me when I come in. In fact, on this visit, she not only warmly greeted me, but instead of me getting in line to order my customary water with ice, she went ahead and got it and brought it out to me where I was setting up my computer. I really wish I knew her name so I could give her credit for great customer service. Meal type Other Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

All employees were nice but Giselle stood out to me. Her kindness and hardship showed in the few minutes we had our encounter at the window. Our conversation was effortless.The drink was super yummy and I can tell she knows how to do her job right. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This Starbucks location is very unorganized. I have placed orders through the mobile app previously, and it has never been a pleasant visit. I walk in they don’t even say good morning, there is missing orders, and they do not prioritize an unhappy customer! If I could, I would give zero stars, do not come to this location!!! Price per person $10–20
