When a friend gets you a gift card to Starbucks, you get a Grande Caramel Frappe and a Bacon, Sausage, Egg wrap! Delicious, but I think I like the Bacon Gouda better. Tyler aka Coach T was AMAZING! He was extremely patient & enthusiastic! I was in and out of the drive thru is less than 5 mins! I always get anxious going to Starbucks but he was the first person ever who made me feel comfortable! He’s extremely skilled and knowledgeable in what he does! 10/10! What is it about Starbucks that is so crazy amazing? I’m no coffee lover, but my friend just had to stop here… to get some caffeinated concoction and burn his mouth… and love it at the same time. Give them a 5-Star rating… because my coffee-loving friend thinks so. You guessed it. I stayed in the vehicle and didn’t even get out at all.

Awesome place. Very cooperative staff. They serve you with a smile. They have a drive through and the server is very understanding. They serve you patiently. Ample parking space outside. It is just off the highway, hence very accessible. Would recommend to stop here for a quick coffee / snack

Horrible horrible service. I arrived to this location at 4:55am today(Monday)because on Google it shows this location opens at 4:30 and on drive thru window it also shows 4:30am and the employee came up to the window and signed with her hands that they don't open till 5am and I pointed down at the sign that it shows 4:30am and she shrugged her shoulders and walked away. If you're up this early with a 12 hour work day ahead of you, then you may understand the importance of a cup of coffee. And let's say they did change something and it was open at 5am, you couldn't take my order 3 min early or open the window and kindly let me know that there has been a change and you will be happy to help in just a few minutes. I swear everyone is becoming more and more lazy and unprofessional as time goes on. Service: 1

It really annoys me how Starbucks is normalizing tipping at the drive thru. Now they hand you the pad so you have no option, yeah tip 3$ for you 5$ dollar coffee that took 30 seconds to make… if I press “no tip” then I would look like an idio*… and is definitely worse when you come by every day.. my advice? Pay with cash only

I was double charged twice on the app. I had to comb through bank statements to see the other ones. Was told by an employee apparently this happens a lot. I'm done using the app to pay you can't trust it

It took 15 minutes to get a brownie. The employees were nice but everyone who came inside for their order waited a lot longer than those that were in the drive thru.
