*Please like our reviews.* Wheelchair accessible. If you live from from a Publix, never fear, Harris Teeter's is here! This store had such a modern feel to it. If you need a 'pick me up' before OR after shopping, there is a Starbuck's on site near the entrance next to Customer Service. When walking inside the store, it was as if Publix and Whole Foods had collided in a magnifocent crescendo of Heavenly choir.... The sales are great and the sushi was delicious. (Fridays are $5 sushi days.) There is a savings card at this chain which allows customers to save Fuel points on gas. Fuel rates are noted above the entry ways. I was sent on a quick sushi run so I did not get the full experience just yet. The Customer Service was top notch though. A gentleman named Nick, at the customer service desk, saw my bewildered look when I went to checkout. The checkout counters are very minimal-looking and setup differently than most shops. Bag yourself or have someone else do it for ya. One of the most noticeable qualities of this shop was, how clean it was. Will def be revisiting this place in the near future!
I don't usually do Starbucks, but my daughter wanted to go. I the double smoked bacon cheddar and egg sandwich and a strawberry açaì lemonade and my daughter ordered some type of coffee that she claimed was too strong for her, an owl cakepop and some type of pumpkin scone. Everything was pretty good especially the lemonade, but it was kinda pricey for my taste, but I would go back. Employees were very helpful and nice. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
My wife and I usually grab our coffee there after shopping. This morning, Saturday 9/11/21, the location was extremely busy. Two young ladies working were doing an awesome job, working as a team to get customers served as quickly as possible. I offered a tip and it was refused! She told me they were not allowed to accept tips! You should change this policy. I am sure you take care of your staff, however, you should allow customers to do the same. I watched both of these young ladies work and was impressed. Change your gratuity policy, please! Btw, coffee was awesome!
I don't go to Starbucks very often. But people have given me gift cards, so I decided to use them. I've gone with my sister's and daughter a couple of times and they always ordered for me. The ladies there helped me remember what my sisters had ordered for me after I described it and were very nice and helpful. I also got two gift cards while I was there for my sister and my daughter.
They have got to get a better crew on the weekends, wait 30 minutes to get a drink? This is every weekend. Get a manager on duty who can teach these workers how to make coffee. Also, how can you be a coffee shop and you don't have hot coffee, or cold coffee?

This Starbucks is inside Harris Teeter so they don't have the full menu but it works when I'm doing my grocery shopping. The baristas that work here are the best though, EXCEPT Robin and she's the manager (& she's had more than one chance). She's the worst Starbucks employee I've ever met, it's to the point where I don't even stop here when I see her working. Everyone else is super awesome!

This Starbucks is inside a Harris Teeter, and is my Thursday morning treat while grocery shopping. I get a simple order of dark roast with hazelnut syrup, and all is well. I assume that the other coffee drinks are well prepared, as there are always customers at other times of day when I've dropped by. Hot, fresh coffee, with great service from barista Robin equals great start to a day.
Love me some Starbucks. The coffee and the treats are something I look forward to. I treat myself when I can. I’ll choose this place more than a new pair of shoes. Doesn’t last long but it’s worth the wait.

This Starbucks is amazing. They go to great lengths to make sure the customer is happy. I go to this location daily even though I pass another one to get to this location. The employees are always a joy to be around with smiles on their faces.
My GPS took me to a Starbucks inside a Harris teeter which was only slightly annoying but when I got inside I ordered a hot tea. There were only two ladies working. They asked ME how I'm usually rung up. For hot tea. Then she asked me how to make it.. It was freaking hot tea. I told her 2 bags (I got a large) hot water and lots of honey. I guess the honey was too much because they failed to put that in. I may as well have made my own hot tea. I certainly will before I go pay to help them make me one.
