It is one of the best strabucks I have visited. It is huge and lots of students are here. It is in a beautiful UA campus in front of Waterfront which gives really good view. Location is convenient. I wish it is still open at the late night.

Nonchalant workers gave me the wrong drink twice in a row and spent time talking about personal matters over making my drink. I get that it was slow (in terms of customers) at the time, but that doesn’t mean I should have to wait as long as when it’s ultra busy. The cashiers are always nice, though.

I have a severe allergy to nuts and cinnamon and have had a lot of bad experiences with coffee shops not taking precautions like washing their hands or the container they mix the drink in before making my drink. This Starbucks location is my go to place for coffee and studying because they take allergies seriously and do a very good job of preventing any cross contamination. The staff is very helpful in making sure my drink is always allergen free and I always feel in good hands when I come here. Thank you for keeping me safe!

I go here all the time and it’s great! The workers are always super nice, today the guy who took my order even asked if my name was spelled with an a or an e. A simple gesture that goes a long way for good customer service. My favorite Starbucks by far.

As Google Maps told me, my visit to this place was a year ago even though I live nearby and love coffee. While most of the staff here are nice, it really sucks that this place doesn’t give you your Starbucks rewards so what’s the point of having a rewards program? This may seem insignificant but as a regular paying customer, this is not the treatment I would like to receive. And actually because of this, I stopped consuming Starbucks products which I just realized now cause it’s been so long. Little things like this could really ruin you. Take some time to improve your services even in places like Tuscaloosa Alabama.

Always friendly, warm people working. Feel bad when the crowds pile up and slow them down. Not sure how they could fix it but i never feel rushed nor do they take too long. If the line is out the door expect a wait if you dont get something simple.

The drinks were ok, but the barrista lost his temper at other customers due to a language barrier. He made no attempt to hide his emotions. Starbucks patrons aren't paying to see you make tantrums, just drinks.

Always busy and a bit loud, but a great atmosphere for studying and working if you're able to tune out the noise. I have to admit however, Starbucks prices are absolutely ridiculous. Spend your $5 in a local shop, or on fair trade beans for your coffee maker at home.

The staff is really nice at the register but the baristas are rude and mean. I’ve never had a good drink here and they refuse to remake drinks or add extra milk. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $1–10
