From the midwest & have been traveling throughout CA for work. I had just arrived in the and stopped in for an afternoon drink. There was a line in the drive thru, but the fabulous team working this day rocked that drive-thru 👏 I was in and out in no time at all, despite the long line. 😀 Being new to the area, I had asked a couple of questions regarding the area. Despite there being a long line, the young man took his time to provide me with the info I was looking for. I super appreciated his patience and information. He was absolutely fabulous 👌 wish I had asked his name so I could give him a shout out. 😀 Thank you, Starbucks, for keeping me awake when I needed 😴 you're my perfection lil addiction! 💗 lol! Did not answer during store hours which I can understand if busy but what was unnecessary was the extremely rude tone over the phone when finally answered. I wouldn't mind the whole being forced to walk through the drive thru if they hadn't given such an attitude over the phone as if I inconvenienced them by calling during their open hours in the middle of dead time. Honestly, wish I didn't bother ordering. More so a waste of time and money even having done so ahead of time in the app. The one off of Lincoln at least has way better customer service.
