The place was a little dirty, but it's winter so there isn't much you can do about all the sand and salt. The service was very friendly and we got our orders very quickly. They were out of the first two things I asked for, but that's just the time we live in now. Definitely a nice spot to sit and chat while sipping/eating. Visited this location on Friday, December 29th, around 10 am, and it was not wicked busy but was steady. We went inside to order, and the place was absolutely disgusting. All table/counter surfaces were dirty and/or sticky. The trash bins were overflowing, and there was stuff all over the floors. It looked like at least a couple of days' worth of filth, not just from that busy morning. We got our order taken right away but waited literally 15 mins for our lg hot coffee with three creams, and when we finally got it, it wasn't even hot. F' that place...
