I put a mobile order through 8 minutes before I pulled up to the window. The barista made it sound like I was a problem. They couldn't find the order, and let me know how busy they are, I was in absolutely no rush so I said not to worry, but there was clear frustration. After I received my drink, I had a panic attack, I only order decaf, they 100% put full forced shots in my drink and almost ended up in the ER. I will never go here again. I came to this location at 5:52 PM on Friday 01/12/24, and nobody was inside. Google said that this location is open. They left early for some reason.

Came in on Saturday, January 6th, at approximately 12:40 PM. Place was not busy and waited 15 minutes for one (1) Macchiato and one (1) slice of pumpkin bread. The floor behind the counter was a mess, and both the coffee and pumpkin bread were lukewarm. Unacceptable!!!
