The team here is really great. As a local, I see everyone really doing their best especially Keith on customer service. He has a great personality and always very friendly. Great job to Keith and the rest of this Silver Spring team. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I received the worst coffee this morning, I paid extra for added syrups and drizzle and my drink taste like milk and coffee.

I come here maybe once a week. Always a welcoming experience. My puppy Nico loves the pupaccino, so he gives it 5 stars as well.

Ordered my fraps online and they were ready on time. Line here is always long but don't expect a long wait. They are pretty good at getting through people rather quickly

Clean, fairly large Starbucks location. They had some Halloween witches brew to sample, which was cool (not a huge fan of the taste - it's like frothy candy taste with chia seeds. But I commend the creative drink!) The seats along the walls had power outlets. Bathrooms needed a code to enter. Otherwise, a standard reliable Starbucks. About 7 min walk from redline metro.

Everytime I come here I always look forward to seeing Temwe! I came here a few weeks back and there was a disturbance in the store with a man who was known for going into stores and begging the customers for money. Temwe took charge and made sure he did not bother the customers and made sure everyone was safe . Although being called all sort of nasty names from this individual, Temwe did not stoop down to his level and nor did he reciprocate his negative energy! I am quite disappointed in this location. This is the 2nd week in a row that I’ve had my breakfast cooked so hard that it was inedible. How in the world do you cook a double bacon sandwich until it is so crispy that you can’t eat it? Whomever packaged my food knew that it was unfit to be eaten!!! Money wasted. Do better please.
