So this was the first Starbucks that I ever went into I must say the staff was amazing, answered all kinds of questions and got me and my daughter taken care of. I also discovered they have a bunch of meaty breakfast sandwiches. I’ll be returning for those.! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Everytime, they bring the sugar plum danish back, this location is always out. If you know there big sellers order more. 2nd year in a row I can barely ever get it. Line takes forever also Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I bought a Chai tea, and I’m not sure if they changed the recipe but it tasted horrible, watered down. Had them remake it with whole milk and then it tasted like just steamed milk. I was so disappointed I payed over $5 for the drink. I had my 13 year old daughter take it into the store and and they GAVE HER ATTITUDE . I am not typically a person who takes things back in, but I didn’t want to pay that much money for a drink that just tasted like steamed milk. They did refund us but the attitude was completely unnecessary. Food: 1

This was your typical Starbucks restaurant The place was clean and the environment was friendly. I only gave it four stars because the service was extremely slow granted the store was busy but they had about five people working behind the counter and I still waited 15 minutes for a coffee drink. You guys were so busy today, and that’s not the problem. The problem is how you were treating people. I understand feeling frustrated when it’s busy, and I’m sure some people mistreated you guys, I wasn’t one of those people, so the blonde girl who made my mobile order today, really did not need to treat me like I was the problem. I’ve been wondering why the iced shaken espressos from this place are so weak….they use blonde espresso without asking. I never asked for it to be made with blonde espresso and my usual Starbucks uses regular espresso. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

Horrific service. There was no one in front of us in line. We waited 25 minutes for a tea and coffee. We counted 26 mobile orders fulfilled before our 2 drinks. When we inquired they said mobile orders get filled in on their screen. Common sense would say wait on the humans in front of you. We will not go back to this location.
