I've always counted on Starbucks for a dependable coffee fix, and this branch is no exception. The ambiance here is inviting, with comfortable seating and a cozy atmosphere, making it a great spot to catch up on work or relax with a book. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

By far my favorite Starbucks location in town. Wish they had a drive-thru BUT the staff is SO friendly and kind it makes getting out of the car worth it. I swear Mass St. Starbs makes the best drinks too! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I ordered delivery via DoorDash this afternoon. I had a rough night with my toddler and I really needed this (in a first world kinda way, of course). I didn’t receive my coffee by accident, it was left out of the bag when the Dasher picked it up. Not only did DoorDash credit me more than what the item cost, a Starbucks employee wrote me a sweet note and gave me a little gift card when I reordered.
