Very mean people, lie a lot what they supposed to do or not supposed to do. Overcharged me four times, with a face as it is supposed to be like that and that I am a cheap person. Today, it was a cheery on a pie - trash talking about the customers. I've never seen it like that! Management should start doing something with that.

I came in on Saturday and didn’t know there was a bogo going. So barista named Viviana who let me know about it made my day because, I was having a really bad day. She was super sweet and made sure I got what I wanted. She even went the extra mile by giving me suggestions for the second drink and till this day it’s now my favorite drink.
