My mother was treated horribly at this Starbucks by the so called "Manager" or "Shift leader" named Joe. He tried to charge my mother MORE for our drinks and even messed them up as well. Not to mention verbally assaulting my mother for not "Hurrying up and paying". It also seems like most of the people who work there and trying to protect him, since most did not want to give her his name. Really sad that these type of people can work in as a manager. Sadly I cannot say the things I would say to you here "Joe", But I hope you learn to not speak to people in that manner of way. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
