This Starbucks has the worst customer service! The last time I went on 3/6 at 7:38am the partner was just so rude. You could make a million mistakes, but if you are nice I am good with my visit. You got my order wrong — fine You couldn’t reload my moms card — fine You tendered the total to the wrong card— fine Forgot stuff — fine But then when asked for napkins (bc we ordered 20$ worth of food) you are rude and give me a speech about how California law says u can’t give out straws, stoppers and napkins unless we ask. Not fine. This store manger has some serious opportunity when it comes to customer service. Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
