The wait was terrible. They had at least 4 workers there, and the place wasn't busy at all. Maybe one person sitting at a table? I didn't see anyone in the drive through. I had two friends with me and we stood at the cashier for at least 20 minutes, the workers standing around doing nothing. When we ordered, the lady who took our order sounded annoyed with us. I asked for it iced and she said they didn't have it?? You don't have Ice?...I just said screw it since I was tired of waiting and got hot instead. Drinks tasted amazing, but the service was terrible. Great staff. Everyone here is very courteous and helpful. The drinks are of course really good. I appreciate the drive thru window as well for convenience. It's starbucks so your know what you're getting but the quality of service makes it stand out.

Good Day to all who reads this review, this Starbucks at Shawnee Mission is very nice. The young lady that greeted me as I ordered my Pikes Place was incredibly nice and professional. She even asked me twice to ensure that right amount of cream was being poured. I used live here in Kansas City thirty years ago and the service in this town is still outstanding.
