Like someone else shared they seem to shoot themselves in the foot by having managers meetings during the midday and leaving the poor souls on the counter to handle customers through the drive-thru that are lined up around the building and about 15 people inside. They think customers don't notice this but we do we're very alert. Also the staff can be extremely Moody sometimes friendly sometimes on edge could be their overworked, Or they're just in a bad mood who knows. Some of these associates are very nice like Noah Justin and Jake and a few others. They have a new manager maybe things will change. I do miss some of the associates who left like Chloe, Renee, Jackie, Miles the list goes on. They were always kind. Service: 1
