Back to back days I received a Nitro Cold Brew half filled, and twice they’ve put ice in the Nitro. I know the foam takes up some space, but I’ve never received a half filled cup anywhere else. Totally bad service specially, the man who was wearing glasses, he kept ignoring me like no one standing there. I was waiting there for 12 minutes even though my order was ready and it was on the side. I couldn’t fix it up because that man was ignoring me the one who is working preparing order, and she didn’t even bother himself calling another person to handle me my order.
