This isn't about this location, the customer service was really good. This is just where I went. I've only gotten Starbucks a few times in my life, and as I've gotten more into higher quality coffee I decided to try it again. It's sooo bad. The coffee is watered down which is usually necessary when using low quality beans. And the flavorings/creamers, whatever it may be, taste like the store brand available at dollar stores.
