This starbucks location always scams the amount of drink they give. When you pay for a 9.00 drink you want what you paid for bot half a drink. When you confront them they don't care. Beware if you order something online and they don’t have it ITS YOUR FAULT AND YOU SHOULD NOT ORDER A MUG/ANOTHER PRODUCT OR ANYTHING ONLINE. Exact words from staff. What garbage customer service, if I had that service in my job it wouldn’t go over well. Starbucks local and corporate will also refuse to refund your money. I’m easy, hey if you don’t have the product fine I don’t care but at least give a refund or rectify the situation somehow. If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ll never buy from Starbucks again, it’s ironic the credit cards have a better level of customer service. Thank goodness for disputes. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
