I am loving the new location in Grand Blanc, MI. Great staff always made you feel welcome. The new store is very inviting calm, and has a pleasant atmosphere with the new setup. We have been going to the Grand Blanc store since 2004. and I can finally say that the new store is my favorite in the area. So this place has gone downhill. There are some really hard working people here but the last few months , I’m not impressed. They made a mistake on my order and I was ok with that , but not even an apology or anything, then I didn’t get what I originally ordered. I had to drive back once , I wasn’t going to do it again. Very rarely do I head to this location but today I decided to get an Iced white chocolate frape. What I ended up getting was something full of peppermint 🤢 - That’s fine. Mistakes happen. I told the barista and she acted like she didn’t believe me. I told her to try it then. She declined and said she’ll make another one…… She ended up making the most god awful plain vanilla frappe. At that point I gave up. I get the holidays are stressful but these drinks are expensive and it’s not okay to waste money like this. My 6 year old made out with my drink instead.
