SLOWEST ON LONG ISLAND!!! Though the staff is very pleasant they are SUPER SLOW! From the time they opened, every crew is very nice and professional they are just extremely slow… I don’t understand why as they appear to be very well staffed. A word of advice, don’t visit this store if you are on your way to work or have an appointment because you WILL BE LATE!!!! Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Even though the new popular food items were in limited stock, this place was a wonderful experience; free WiFi, easy bathroom access, fast service, relaxing atmosphere, and great food and drink. Definitely a good spot to do some work and have a quick meal! TIP HOUNDS!! If you dont tip the service plummets. I usually tip but when I don't I'm always met with attitude and longer wait. They don't deserve the tip at all of thats the service they provide. They basically beg for tips in the drive through by handing you the card machine and asking you to "answer the question". Its so off putting. The wait is always 20+min regardless. One time I went there were 8 people behind the counter and it took them over 5 minutes to start taking orders of those waiting on line plus the 20 minutes to make my drink. This starbucks is so disorganized, and they often get my order wrong and blame it on the customer when I definitely did not mis speak. I cant have gluten or fake sugars and was served both telling me thats what I ordered when I definitely did not. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I usually come to this Starbucks almost everyday to get my coffee & bakery goods for my kids every morning. The morning crew are amazing ! They’re super fast & efficient. Recently I’ve encountered a horrible experience with one of the baristas. I believe her name is aseel , ice coffee with a splash of cream & she replied I have No caramel. I then asked her what order flavor do you have … she replied the usual flavors (with an attitude)… I asked what other flavors you have is because I’m not aware of the other flavors . I always ask for my coffee with a splash of cream bc I am lactose in tolerant & twice already has she given me my coffee with regular milk . Update on my previous review on 05/01/2023 Now I’m starting to think that it’s done on purpose by that same girl & is ridiculous! I will no longer return to this Starbucks! Attractive looking Starbucks with good space inside and outside. As others noted, pretty slow. I'm not sure why as staffing looked pretty good. They were out of large straws and they keep all straws behind the counter; I don't know if it's a new policy that you need flag someone down and ask for a straw - maybe it's a strategy to slow down customers even more🙄
