I came in today and the staff was so rude laughing out loud in front of customers talking about customers and making faces to each other . It was very childish . It looked like 10 year olds were working there. Not professional at all . One of the employees told them to be quiet which is the one I was trying to talk to but the other two really unprofessional. Management really needs to teach them customer service skills and what not to do when customers are in front. They never have oat milk. They also gave me my bagel with no cream cheese after I paid for it. Check your order before you leave. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
