Prices are actually quite competitive (only slightly higher than Dunkin) and quality far surpasses competition. Customer service at this particular location is very hit or miss, but the drinks seem to be made mostly properly. They rehabbed this Starbucks you can't sit down anymore it looks horrible have to ask for a packet of sweetener or stir stick nothing is out as if people are going to steal it? The food selection is non-existent like three items In a case to the side ...worst Starbucks I've ever been to... Yes the coffee is great and the baristas always have a fantastic attitude but the rehab was a complete zero as I was leaving another woman said the same thing she can't believe they changed it to make it worse. I mentioned my dairy allergy and Paige did everything she could... sanitizing parts, new pitcher for frothing and even a cup from out of the splash zone for me to drink. So nice to drink without worries. Thank you!

Nice little Starbucks in the plaza. Drive-three can get backed up, but its okay because the line continuously is moving. I don’t know what they did with their Impossible breakfast sandwich that makes it taste so good here but keep it up, I never had a Starbucks make that sandwich like the baristas do here. It is phenomenal. Drinks are always good here as well. Nothing to complain about this hard working Starbucks team! Keep up the good work!

I just got an order from this store, and let me tell you it is the absolute BEST Starbucks drink I have ever ever had. The team at this store is absolutely rocking it. They had my mobile order done in about two minutes. Super fast, super great. This is absolutely my new favorite Starbucks location. I'm debating taking the extra 15 minutes out of my commute to work everyday to only get Starbucks at this location. You guys are amazing!!! Used the drive-thru at this time and there was no one in line. Able to place my order with no confusion or receiving the wrong order. Fast and efficient service with no bs. Driving thru the parking lot within this plaza is an other story 🤣 Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

I’m convinced this is the fastest Starbucks in existence! I don’t usually go during peak hours, however, I consistently order from this location via mobile app in the late morning (~11 am) and despite the fact that the location is still full of people with 10s of drinks being made my drink is always ready within 3 minutes!! (Maybe even quicker) I order on the app on the way to work, and place the order about 3-4 minutes out, and it’s ready every time I pull up! (I pickup in store, I like to move, so I never do drive throughs) They also have large amount of staff, (I counted 9 one time), and the baristas are all super friendly! They also have ample seating area with large tables that have outlets and USB ports built right in. 11/10 would highly recommend!!

To start, my regular Pike Place brew was barely room temperature. This location is quite a disappointment now. Everything changed seemingly to cater to drive-thru customers. There is pretty much nothing left to the inside. No comfy chairs. The bakery case is 1/3 of the size it was previously, as is the variety of items for sale like bags of coffee to brew at home. If you're a plain coffee drinker like myself, you still can't fix your own; they add the sugar and cream behind the counter. If you need more of either, you have to wait until they're done with their drive-thru line to be noticed. I used to love this location.
