Located in the stripmall parking lot where tons of restaurants reside in Addison, right off Belt Line and Central's Frontage Road. I would like to commend an employee by the name of LIAM in this branch. Liam is the kind of employee every employer wants! Big inviting smile (makes SO much difference), fantastic customer service from the moment you step in and until you leave, extremely efficient! I appreciate the fact that even if he is having a bad day/shift, he will stay super professional and will never let you see/feel it because your experience matters to him. This location absolutely sucks!! They shouldn't be allowed to carry the name. Very unprofessional and immature staff and manager. I ordered a Carmel frappe blend in the drive-thru and it was horrible. It was all ice and whip cream. I took it back and asked for a remake. They got salty and made me wait for 15mins and they never made it again for me. They all stood around drinking their own drinks. So I kept cool and asked for a refund and all of a sudden they get busy and made me wait for my refund. The manager was irritated and the staff laughed. I took my refund and went to Dutch Bros coffee around the corner. Much better!! I'm never going back there. Don't do it, reconsider!!
