Every day I spend $15-$25 at Starbucks in order to have a place to use the restroom every time I show up now if they have one bathroom it’s blocked off for employees if they have two one of them is blocked off for employees I’m done I’ll find a new place to spend my money Service: 1

This Starbucks is the closest to my house but I refuse to go to this one anymore. i will drive out of the way to get a drink. There has got to be more training in customer service for the staff that work there. The attitude is out of control. Policies and Procedures are not being followed and it’s sickening. And bouncing from one staff person to the other during an order at the drive-thru is unprofessional and tacky. I start my order with a woman and then a man hops on.
