i work for uber eats and everytime i come into this store the baristas are rude and don’t even acknowledge customers. especially the girl making the drinks by the pick up counter. you stand there waiting for the orders to be bagged up that are just sitting there and i gave benefit of the doubt first times this happened. i understand sometimes things are busy but tonight it was not and still same scenario. i get her attention to ask for the order and she acts like she is bothered and being put out. truly unacceptable this starbucks needs to do better. Tiny Starbucks and very dirty. My first impression was to get out as soon as I opened the door. It looks like no one has ever cleaned this place, it feels like the equipment is as dirty as the place itself and you don't want to order anything from here. The staff are friendly but I’m not sure if they are listening to the customers. I ask for an specific milk. They gave me the wrong coffee. I asked them once again for the right coffee. They gave me another coffee and I left. Once I was in my car I tried the coffee and it wasn’t again. OMG! I can’t drink the milk they put in my coffee. So now I have to deal with discomfort for the day and mi diet which was ruined. The coffee shop is dirty. It doesn’t look like you are spending $7 in a coffee. Please: LISTEN. It’s not a big deal. The Starbucks location is pretty packed throughout the day but the service is like the usual Starbucks for the about less than a five minute wait to get the items or items you ordered. I recently found out that this location is pet friendly and allowed my fur baby to come in and have a puppucino while I had my morning coffee. Three staff were so lazy and only chit-chatthing. We found that all three tables were dirty. When we asked if they could kindly clean the table, we were told "No." When we asked if they had wipes or spray to clean the tables. She said " there is napkin over there" Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great Starbucks with tons of options. Super busy but very attentive and quick. Walking distance from the hackensack hospital which is super convenient.
