This is one of my most favorite Starbucks in the state and trust me I get around. Just one little request by the guy who is always rushing waaay tooo fast... dark hair glasses...the food would be better and hotter if you took a little extra time....it sits in the back while he cooks...by the time he finishes a big order...my order is cold...otherwise you guys are absolute rock stars and make great latte's. Overall: While the staff at this Starbucks is friendly and the place is clean, the manager's behavior is unacceptable and should be addressed. Specifics: I recently visited this Starbucks on a busy day. I excused myself and went outside to work on a project while still within range of the Wi-Fi. I was immediately approached by the manager, who accused me of asking people for money. I explained that I was simply working on a project, but he did not believe me. His accusatory and rude behavior made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Despite the manager's unpleasant behavior, I would like to acknowledge the friendly staff and the cleanliness of the establishment. The baristas were helpful and cheerful, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. Recommendation: I would not recommend this Starbucks to anyone who prioritizes respectful customer service. While the staff and the environment are generally pleasant, the manager's behavior is enough to warrant a negative review. Additional notes: I understand that the manager may have been concerned about panhandlers, but his approach was unprofessional and inappropriate. He should have addressed the situation in a more respectful and understanding manner, especially considering that I was clearly working on a project. I hope that Starbucks will take my feedback into account and address the manager's behavior. I believe that with the right management, this Starbucks could be a great place to work and relax.
