2 years , almost every day of ice Americano “extra ice , light water (: “. Best Baristas, kind people ,funny , always smiling and very helpful. I won’t mention any names so I don’t forget anyone.Thanks for all of you and good luck in your lives. Love the atmosphere! Whether I use the drive-thru or come in person staff is always pleasant, helpful, patient! Starbucks Staff always remember my puppy Pepper by name, and treat her to a pup cup when she's in the car with me. I’m always traveling from San Antonio to kingsville since I have family here and the new store manager Amelia was beyond amazing yesterday when she made my drinks and how she spoke to me. I didn’t know she was the store manager till this morning when I went back and spoke about her to a regular manager. I go to Starbucks all the time in San Antonio and never had customer service as amazing as hers! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Great Starbucks. The lady that was preparing my tea made too many mistakes. But the other 2 guys that worked their got my order and had a great personality with great customer care skills. My tea was done finally the way I ordered and I had never ordered any food here but decided to buy some white eggs with red bell peppers and it was super good. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This place is very modern and beautiful. The employees here were so nice. My order came out wrong and I was willing to leave with it but they corrected it promptly. It's great to have Starbucks back in Kingsville! The staff are always courteous to us customers. I've had an issue twice to where I was given the wrong size drink but it was rectified rather quickly and with great customer service. Keep up the good work! Looks like I'll be taking my 5 star review back. I understand being busy and all, but there is no reason whatsoever for giving a customer a filthy cup, the wrong size, and the drink is barely filled. This is the worst service that I've received from Starbucks. I'm pretty sure you guys can do better than this. And here we are again 1 yr later. This Turkey Bacon sandwich looks horrible. My bacon is burnt, the cheese looks glazed. My sandwich looks diseased. This is horrible!
