About
It's nice to taste good espresso or delicious ice tea. Select between indoor and outdoor seating. The success of Starbucks would be impossible without the courteous barista. There is spectacular atmosphere at this place, as people find it. 4.4 is what this spot received from the Google rating system.

I apologize for the length of this but I would appreciate if everyone could read For the record this is a great store with great employees so I apologize for the low rating it is the store manager Rachel who is the issue. This store has been my safe place where I go pretty much every day for the past 8 or so years. It’s like a second home to me. I’ve always gotten along with everyone there and I’ve been nothing but kind to everyone, and everyone here has always treated me with kindness and respect. Most of the time I just mind my own business and sit with my drink listening to my music. I’ve never had any problems until recently. I was accused by Rachel of “harassing” an employee who by the way, starts conversations with me and everyone. I just saw a positive review here even about how friendly he is! I am actually friends with his girlfriend and she made it clear to me that he didn’t actually feel that way and how much he cares for me. But Rachel who I honestly don’t think has ever liked me, I tried to apply for a job here last year and she wouldn’t even give me an interview because they were “fully staffed” but I saw her interviewing people two days later and then some new people started right after that. Rachel said I make this employee feel “unsafe” but wouldn’t really tell me what I did other than talking to him too much I guess but I’m not the only one who he has conversations with and he never told me not to talk to him. If he’s busy I don’t bother him or if he says he had to get back to work I walk away. Yet there is another regular customer who will talk to all the employees and interrupt them and I’ve seen him even go behind the counter before but that’s okay apparently. Anyway after Rachel said all of this I apologized to the employee for making him feel this way but he made it clear to me there was no problem so I thought everything was fine and after that he would still start conversations with me. Then Recently I’ve had some health problems and I actually ended up fainting outside of the store. This was after the store had closed which I promise is relevant. The employee I mentioned before came outside and helped me and called 911. Everything was fine though I did hit my head and had a concussion for a couple days but overall I was okay. Well I went back to the store the next day and things were fine but then the day after I walked in and sat down and Rachel said “based on your behavior I’m gonna have to ask you to leave for the day.” Which made no sense as I hadn’t done anything. I explained that I fainted which she showed no empathy for by the way. But she insisted again that I was bothering that employee and made me leave. She said it was just for the day so I went back the next day and everything was fine. But then the next day she somehow got my moms number and called her and said she wanted to have a meeting with both of us. It took a few days and I didn’t go to the store the days leading up to the meeting and my mom didn’t end up going but I met with Rachel and she not only banned me from this location for 6 months but every Starbucks location. I tried to explain my side of the story to her, that this employee starts conversations with me too and led me to believe everything was fine but that me fainting was not my fault but she said it made people feel “unsafe” which makes no sense as I’m the one whose safety was in jeapordy. She told me now that no one was comfortable having me around which breaks my heart as I love everyone there and have only ever been nice to everyone. I tried reaching out to customer support and they seemed to be on my side after I told them everything but I guess they talked to Rachel because I then got an email saying I was “disrupting business” which makes no sense as i fainted after the store had closed and “talking to anyone about this would not change the outcome.” I honestly feel like I’m being discriminated against and I don’t even feel safe in this shopping center anymore I feel like I’m being watched constantly. I don’t know what to do, I feel really helpless. Service: 1
