Hello, I have been going to this Starbucks since it first opened. The barista Micheal has been rude to my family and I countless number of times for years now. He does not say hello or greet us, he argues and tells us we’re wrong when an item is made incorrectly and overall does not represent a nice decent human. Every interaction we have with him he displays bad customer service and ultimately seems like he just hates us. Idk what we did to him lol but he really seems unhappy with his life. Don’t order you drink in-person! You’ll sit there an watch them serve 12 drive-thru customers first, 6 online orders next, then finally make your drink 15 minutes later. When I asked why did it take so long when I’m seeing car after car get serviced before me, the barista said “It is what it is”. 👎 Won’t be going back to this Starbucks unless it’s in the drive thru only Service: 2
