The ambience is nice, the staff was very polite. We had pumpkin spice latte and som American coffee, everything tasted really good. All in all it was a good experience.

This is my forever go to place, I love the kind service here, precisely Ghani ‘s, his drinks are always great. He’s the reason I prefer Zahle over Chtaura
Add to that the coziness of this place it’s very calm

Very new and neat place in the middle of a busy neighborhood. Indoor and outdoor seating are available.

Overrated. Overpriced. You could get something better from a local coffee shop. They need to work on the flavor as it feels like drinking water with sugar most of the time. I gave several options many opportunities in several branches and it’s just not worth it.

Desk service are not very polite and unfortunately options are limited. It is less than other Starbucks have. Tables are not cleaned often. Service personnel are out of the servicepult and do not notice that customer arrived and need service. They just talk with friends instead. Coffee is still good but they should keep lactosefree milk also and not just almond milk. Outside tables are not properly organized and dirty. I had bad impression seeing this.
They should make more effort to keep the establishment as organized and clean as like a nice home.

I've only tried Starbucks once.
Talking about personal issue, which is my ICE Coffe order needs more coffee taste.
My starbuck order ingredients were:
° 150 ml of water
° 50 ml of more water
° 0.690420 ml of coffee
° Fill the cup with ice cubes to add more watery taste yummy
Oh almost forgot, 30 ml MORE WATER.

Came here to buy a mug.
They had it.
Five stars for having the mug I wanted.
Didn't try the coffee.
