Starbucks black coffee remains robust and satisfying but the double caramel frappuccino disappoints with an altered less tasty caramel flavor It seems the brand may have changed its formulation.

Starbucks Batroun branch is one of my absolute favorite coffee places to be. Stellar franchise drinks and products presented by amazing staff. The Batroun team makes you feel like an old friend coming over to have coffee. Naiim, Haroun, Ali, Jennifer, and the rest of the team are a highlight of the town. Highly recommended!

Naiim is an amazing manager. He is always smiling to all the customers and greets me every morning as I come in. He has my drink order memorized and has it made just the way I like. Perfect service and amazing drinks made by him and his team. I come here every morning and it’s truly and enjoyable experience.

I have been to many Starbucks locations across lebanon. I want to take the opportunity to submit a review for your employees at batroun location. They are friendly, helpful , professional and have a good attitude. In addition they are the best in making cold and hot beverages across the country

This is my favorite Starbucks location in Lebanon. I come here every morning to drink my coffee, and not only is my drink tasting amazing but the customer service is even better. The manager Naiim and his whole team take great care of us, and always provide the best service. They recommend drinks for me to try, and every time the drinks are delicious. They always welcome us with a smile, which is a great start to our day. Truly a great experience every single time we come.

This Starbucks is my favorite. Very clean and extremely friendly staff. Their coffee is amazing. They even remember my order every time I come in for my coffee! HIGHLY recommend.

We were recently staying in batroun
Very close to Starbucks a group of 14 people and an 18 month old baby we used Starbucks as a group three to four times day for four days on the last day we went there in the morning for our coffee and we asked what’s available for breakfast to give the baby they replied nothing yet because the delivery haven’t arrived
My son in law went next door to the manooch place and bought one zaatar manooch for the baby and came back to finish his coffee at Starbucks one of the guys behind the counter went of his head about the bringing one food item from outside and he spoke in a rude manners claiming it’s the shop policy
When we politely tried to explain its for the baby he didn’t want to hear us we found that to be absolutely rude and pathetic in countries around the world they bend backwards for kids in Starbucks batroun we weren’t allowed to feed a child
Hope you learn some good customer relations before serving in such big name place
