Sign on the door says we close at 5:30p. My daughter ordered on the app and they would not let us (or several other customers in to pick up/order drinks). We called and the phone line was busy. They took the phone off the hook? Bad business/customer service!

So after multiple incidents, I can confirm that this is the slowest Starbucks. There is no way order AHEAD drinks should come out 20-30 beyond the estimated pickup time. If staffing is an issue, cut the hours of the hours of the location, or maybe adjust the wait times on the app? I’ve never canceled an order or requested a refund until today; and I visit Starbucks 5/6 times a week. I’ve been going to this location for about 3 weeks now (across the street from my job) and have witnessed others cancel their order/request a refund due to an extremely long wait time. I will admit that the drinks are always made perfectly….. I just can’t sit around and wait 20-30 minutes for a cup of coffee, especially after placing an pickup on the app.
Also I did see the gnats flying around the pickup bar too, which was gross.

If you love waiting in drive thru for more than 40 minutes for your order, then this is the place for you! Do you love being asked for a tip after waiting over 40 minutes for a simple order, then look no further as this is the Starbucks for you!
I'm never going to this location again because I don't like waiting over 40 minutes for a single order. Go to a different location. They need to hire at least 4 more people per shift. There were 2 high school/college kids running the drive thru and they were so slow because of this. I ended up being late for an appointment.

Well, if you want to get every disease in the book, then I would recommend this place! Their ingredients are literally known to cause cancer. There is a DISGUSTING amounts of sugar in the drinks.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible company that stands for horrible things. Supports a literal genoc!de.
Also, aside from that, this location SUCKS. Such an awkward area, the drive through is in the middle of the parking lot so good luck trying to ever get out if youre parked. When I did a mobile order and went to pick it up, I had to wait another 15 minutes after the estimated time of pick up.
Starbucks will never get a penny from me again.

Terrible service. Slow, employees were fooling around, if you want to get your order expect to wait more than 20 minutes for your drink even if you order ahead of time. Employees even had attitude if you look for your order. Choose a different location

The counters were dirty with spilled drinks and sticky. The area were the mobile order are kept had spilled coffee all over it. It needs to be cleaned more often. The cups are sitting on those dirty counters. It just takes a few minutes to wipe them off.
Loyal Starbucks customer and was treated very poorly by Kristen Sunday March 26 at 11:15am. She basically started arguing with me about how I ordered drink through mobile when I asked why I got 1 drink completed and was waiting so long for the other drink. Was told it was my fault and they were just busy when I got 1 drink but not the other and waited 22 minutes after the estimate pick up time for my other drink. Not even about the wait but how rude she was to me. I watched everyone in line at the cafe get their drinks and leave while I was the only person made to wait. Haven’t ever had a Starbucks worker be anything but nice and helpful. Makes me not want to come here. Hope Kristin can be nice to loyal customers.
Cafe not open for mobile orders, so your only option is the drive through. Was a 30 minute wait in line before I was able to order, a total of 40 minutes. THEY MADE MY DRINK WRONG ANYWAY. Not worth going until they open the inside for mobile orders at least. No way to go back and get it fixed.

Was told it was going to be a 10-15 min wait but ended but being almost 35 minutes. This is ridiculous. When any customer complained that they wait was over what they told us, and the manager dismissed the complaints and offered no sympathy to the more that double the quoted wait time. This location is the worst in the area

pretty average to below average Starbucks. just ordered a regular coffee, they didn't have any made and had to be some up for me.
