Went inside to order, the cashier lady was very nice and helpful and answered our questions about what was available well. She was just very nice I liked her; she had brown hair and wore a mask. They were out of caramel already which I found odd. But they had peppermint mocha!

The person with the millennium falcon tattoo who made my drink was very unpleasant. When I asked for a sleeve for my coffee they scoffed and looked as if I was putting them out. They were also rude to my friend who asked for a straw. They just motioned toward a supply of straws that were behind the partition just enough where my friend couldn’t reach. Then looked annoyed and handed her one with a miserable look on their face. Maybe hire people with better costumer service skills.

Two weekends in a row that they close their inside. We had done a mobile order last weekend so we could just go inside since the line wrapped around the store and then into the adjacent shopping center. They wanted you to get in line to get your mobile orders as well as everyone doing normal drive through. We called the store and had the manager bring our drinks to the door. We were not sitting in a line that at thus point had close to 30 cars.
*** and again, Dec 26, 2023 at around 11am they have closed their inside and you are only able to utilize the drive thru.

This Starbucks in comparison to the one located at Waugh Chapel is a 10/10. I know that anytime I go to this location that I can count on them to have Nitro Cold Brew or Cold Brew coffee in stock. They are very prompt with service and I’ve never received an incorrect order. The inside of this Starbucks is clean, has ample seating and stations for electronic work. The employees are friendly and provide helpful recommendations.

This location is the worst Starbucks. Mobile orders take in excess of 20 min for fulfillment even at 6 am when no one is in the store and there are less than 3 orders sitting on the counter for pick up. The store is frequently turning off mobile ordering and locking their doors after accepting a mobile order early in the morning. You'll arrive to pick up your drink, the door will be locked, and employees will be behind the counter ignoring you. Yet they took your money..... Drink quality is also poor, I can get better drinks in the Target Starbucks. Makes me think twice before I visit Starbucks. The Dunkin down the road has much better service and is more reliable.

I went to this Starbucks in the morning to pick up my mobile order. I could tell that they were busy but they still got my order in a timely manner. However, they had to remake my order since I ordered an iced drink. But they were fast about this and I appreciate their service. To all the rude people that I saw this morning at 8:50 am, please realize that baristas are people. It’s time to be kind during the holiday season. If a Starbucks is busy, ordering ahead is an option!!! Don’t get mad at them because they are slow; they are in a prime area near several medical facilities. I recommend going to this Starbucks for quality service.
Side note: And to the customer who was very rude to the barista and almost spilled her hot medicine ball tea on me (I was moments from getting a 2nd degree burn), I hope you have the day you deserve :)

I appreciated so much that the drive-thru employee asked if I wanted to use my stars!! I didn’t even realize I had even stars for a free drink so that was so thoughtful of her. She was clearly considering the customer. She also double checked if I wanted a straw, which was helpful!

I'm a regular for google reviews and this is the 1st one my experience hasn't been satisfactory. This is my 2nd run with same situation. I ordered from inside. I was very specific with my order. I waited 20 minutes for my order as appears someone took the wrong order. I wait another 5 minutes for it to be made. It was the wrong size, not made to order and was COLD. The seating area wasn't very clean for the time period and access to this location isn't the easiest to enter/exit or for parking . I was happy to see a location close to home but will drive the distance for better service, access and timeliness.

I never post about service but the past two weekends our coffee has been horrible. We had to leave this Starbucks and go to Glen Burnie to get a correctly made coffee. This store is .2 miles from my house but I will no longer go here.

This morning the shop had been open for two hours but they were not taking advance orders on the Starbucks app. When I went inside there were only two people working. Two other workers showed up late while I was waiting for my coffee. The two workers deserve a lot of credit for keeping the drive through line open. I don’t understand why the advance ordering system was turned off. Need to get some more people working there. Not satisfactory for a $5 cup of coffee. It might be time to close a few franchises before you are just another fast food chain. The app has to work when the store is open.
