If I could give this a 0 star review I would, the person that took my order got it wrong and I was using my birthday rewards and the person had said something but you couldn’t understand them and that left me having to pay, which wouldn’t be a big deal but it would have been nice to be able to understand what the person was saying

I love Starbucks; however, this branch is really disappointing me. I ordered the Strawberry Acai Refresher Lemonade and the double-smoked sandwich, but both of them were not available. So, I chose the Bacon breakfast sandwich, but that was not available either. So, I left the store without anything. There was nothing that I wanted, and it ruined my morning. :-(
Here is another bad experience. Around 2 weeks ago, I ordered a white mocha, but it was not available either. The stopper usually runs out, causing the coffee to spill.
Please stock necessary materials for doing business on time and let me continue to love Starbucks.
