I used to be a regular and order ahead to avoid the line. Today I had to wait for 30 mins and while doing so checked with the folks couple of time about my order and their blank,blunt answer was we have backlogs for orders online. After 30 mins of waiting I head over to the counter to ask the worker if I better order in person instead of over online to get my order fast and she was "yes". I was at my wits end. So asked her about what to do with my online order as I had already paid for. Then she was unhappily checking the system and asked around with co-workers about my order. They didn't have it ready despite it is in the system. Not even a lame acknowledgement of their mistake....it's just that they were doing my order that time as if a favor to me. This is the last visit. Folks you lost a regular (as in daily) customer and with it goes the tip that I generously give everyday.... Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
Extremely slow service. We spent over 20 minutes waiting for a hot tea. Just tea and hot water. Nothing else in it. We got our coffee we ordered but not the simple drink. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Why does the coffee always taste so burnt at Starbucks? It doesn't taste very good, but it is extremely expensive. The food seems very processed to me. The egg bites aren't horrible, but for what you pay it feels like it could be more substantial. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

This Starbucks made mistakes all the time. They "forgot" to put salted caramel foam to both ofmistroo orders a couple of days ago. I didn't go back.
This was a very small shop with minimal tables to eat at. The staff was very chatty between themselves but service was quick-however there was no line anyways… 4stars Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes Everything Bagel

Just started coming to this location because my normal Starbucks have been out of frappes for a while! Excellent service. The store is clean and spacious. I especially liked the young barista working the register! He was upbeat and had excellent customer service.
Poor service- I was the only customer, walked in and took around 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. I was shocked, normally Starbucks are great about welcoming you. I placed my order for coffee, and then the person walked away without saying anything. I then waited another 3 minutes to be given my drip coffee that was just sitting on their side of the counter the whole time.

Usually pretty quick. Mobile order is super fast at this location! We go here pretty often as we live minutes away. They take the time to talk to people too and remember things about you, such as your drink. Not every Starbucks does this.

Unfortunate - They where out again! This outlet does not always have Nitro available. It is understood inventory runs out - no complaints about that - especially the current state of things. The unfortunate part is to find out when you get up to order and not before. Finding out after waiting for 3 or 4 cars. Then unable to leave the line and needing to go through and exit the drive thru only to go to another. In addition when we arrived at the window no one was at the window, they scurried away. Would have suggested they put up a courtesy sign, something like "Sorry we are out of....". The big deal is this is the 3rd time in 3 months. Honestly it is extremely poor service and is a "to bad to sad" moment. Coffee is great, and the staff is super friendly. We went there for coffee and it wasted 10 minutes of our day. Unfortunate.
