Service was fine. It's the frappucino that was terrible. It tasted so weak and bland, I honestly haven't had a frappe that tasted like water and milk blended with ice. Made me sad, I rarely get a treat from Starbucks. It's disappointing to pay Starbucks price for an item poorly made. The coffee cake was good, no complaints there, but the drink was awful, truly awful. This is a brand new Starbucks in Joplin. Close to my residence. I can't say I'll go by there again. I'm from Los Angeles and when I came into this starbucks totally different service. Smash bread in the plastic bag like if I purchased it in a liquor store. Rude service or i should say racist 🤔... I want chocolate powder on top of my coffee and batista snatched it from my hand and told me that I couldn't have it and she threw it on the trash saying "it doesn't work anyway it's expired" seriously starbucks will have expired things for customers...
