Tried this location for the first time. Ambiance is nice and the outdoor seating available as well. My order was prepared as requested. Service could be improved, a few associate were by the counter but took a little while before somebody acknowledged me. We were the only car in the drive up window with nobody ahead of us. We ordered a lemonade and 2 Frappuccinos and a cake pop. I was surprised how long it took to get our order because it looked like they had several staff working. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10 Food: 5

I use this location to meet employees. The layout here isn’t the best. Most of the tables do not offer access to electricity. The drinks were good though and the service was decent. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
Great new place. Staff seemed a little confused but I guess it's going to take time for them to get used to it

I love this Starbucks and normally go there 5 days a week, but I am beyond grossed out by my drink having little black pieces floating around it. I really hope there isn’t mold in the ice…

I have gone to Starbucks thousands of times and to many locations even in different states. The customer service is usually amazing as well as the drinks… but NOT HERE. WENDY!!!!!!!!! Was incredibly rude! She saw my phone and assumed I was making a full payment with it, but when I tried to explain I wanted to make the other half of the payment with my debit card since I didn’t have enough on the app, she goes “well you could have just said that” in a nasty tone. Then she took my debit card out of my hand and then shoved the digital scanner in my face to “make a tip.” She was just very nasty, controlling, and disrespectful. I will never go back. Also, asked for a venti and got a grande but didn’t have it in me to bother complaining. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Always good. In target. Can't wait till they open the new one. I was sad they had no blonde roast or veranda blend though

After waiting in a crazy long line, I got to the window to pay for my order and they tell me it's having a hard time scanning my app. It went through finally and when I got home I saw that they charged me for my order plus a different order. I called the store to tell them and they said sorry we can't do anything for you over the phone you will have to come back in or you can try calling corporate and see if they will give you a gift card.
Service was great. My coffee drink was not so great the caramel was almost like it wasn't there. I hope its better next time. It hot better. I go here at least 4 times a week. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
