While inside ordering today, I double checked with the barista serving us that the mocha sauce doesn’t contain dairy ( which I have ordered and researched before, but I like to ask in case of process change). She was very kind and said she didn’t know but would ask. She turned around and asked what I imagine to be the on shift manager, an older female with short curly hair. Who promptly responded “ ugh yeah it’s mocha it’s chocolate do they not know what chocolate is of course it contains milk”. The barista turned around to provide us the answer and was very apologetic for the response I overheard. She took the rest of our order and continued to be amazing and polite. The older female noticed our exchange while we were discussing that not all chocolate contains milk and walked back over to say ( in a nicer tone) that “yes it’s mocha it contains dairy cause it’s chocolate and she doesn’t know how bad the allergy is”. Then returned back to her work.
I truly hope she was not actually the manager because this attitude does not foster a good work environment. The barista serving us was wonderful, the same of the rest of the staff here during multiple previous interactions.
I understand the holiday season is a busy time for retail but such a dismissive comment implying the annoyance and ignorance that I every asked it’s never appropriate. I am merely doing my due diligence to keep up with the potential for process/ ingredient changes, which anyone with allergies knows happens frequently and often unannounced.

There’s a 60ish year old woman with short curly brown hair and glasses working there. She’s very rude and moving deliberately slow. I politely asked if they had gotten the ticket for the matcha latte. I had ordered it 17 minutes earlier on the mobile order. 17 minutes! She huffed, annoyed and said harshly and in a manner that made me feel wrong for having inquired “uhhhhhh yeah I got it but you’re going to have to wait I have at least 6 orders ahead of you” I was the only person standing there and I stood there for a solid ten minutes before I said anything- and they were making me late to work. I eventually had to leave without my drink when we reached 20 minutes. This woman should not be working at a Starbucks with this attitude and slothful nature. I also witnessed her giving really harsh attitudes to her younger colleagues. She’s a bully. I reported her to corporate. Only because that was not the first time this woman was rude. She’s always got something to say. It’s really just clear that she’s taking out her frustrations on others. I’m surprised she still works here. the position is clearly not a good match for her.

Unfortunately, Starbucks has a horrible system now-a-days 😞. The hot side doesn’t talk to the cold side and neither talk to the food person. Ordered online, showed up 10 min after ordering and waited 30 min for 2 hot drinks, 1 cold drink and 1 cake pop. Cake pop was on the table the whole 30 min I stood their. Then when I inquired they said they made it already...I don't blame the staff, I blame the Franchisee and their backend for bad management.

My daughter wanted a cake pop as a reward for outstanding behavior and assisting me with projects around the house. We went to the drive thru where it took several minutes to be greeted. The birthday cake pop was ordered and we proceeded to pay. We waited several more minutes in line with 2 vehicles ahead of us. At this point it had been about 15 minutes and my wife was ready to get out of line and leave since people had gone inside and come out faster. We finally made it to the window where the young lady was playing with her hair and took several more minutes to ask if we were waiting for the cake pop. No apology, no sense of urgency, and this is not the first time we've waited upwards of 20 minutes for a simple order. I will not be returning since, in my opinion, the lack of customer service accompanied by outrageous prices and lackluster coffee has sealed the deal.

Hefty woman with the glasses gave me possibly the rudest customer service I’ve ever received from a Starbucks branch. My very simple drink was made wildly incorrect. No problem, I went inside and politely asked for it to be remade. She immediately took offense to me questioning the drink. When she remade the drink she deliberately made it incorrect (as to upset me further?), when I questioned it she once again insisted I was wrong about the drink. I wasn’t making any harsh or rude claims against her but she kept saying how if I don’t like it she’ll remove me from the store/call some authority. I pointed to the menu picturing the drink and said how it looked nothing like what I ordered , she said she’s “been Starbucks affiliated for 7 years “ Real crazy talk. I order this drink like every day, from this exact location,,, I know exactly what it looks like. Okay lady, I got my refund and zero compensation.

We went to fill out paper work together and grab a drink. I got a strawberry dragon fruit and my daughter got a dragon fruit mango. They were both very good.

Unique drive thru set up. Designed to keep the line from backing up out into the road. Though they didn't need it while I was there. Place was dead. Coffee was good.
