Whoever the hiring manager here is, they rock! I go to many Starbuck locations, but this one is my favorite because of the friendly staff who always gets my order right and always greets me by name.
HIGHER UPS***** Let me start this off by saying, I hate Starbucks, not going to get into why. But this evening it was the last option, I walk into this lobby low expectations. To be greeted by a clean positive environment and some of the best caring customer service I’ve had. I’ve worked in the food business for over seven years and have seen some pretty unconventional teamwork and low quality service and this experience was so far from it. I PRAY corporate reads this and gives those working on shift at the time (*Alex*, peighton, and Kendra) the recognition they deserve. I didn’t want to come here. I didn’t. But now that I’ve met them, I want to come back.
During my recent visit to Starbucks, I had a great experience. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, with plenty of space to relax and enjoy my food and coffee. The service was also fantastic, with the staff being incredibly friendly and attentive. They were able to make recommendations on the menu and provided excellent service throughout my visit.
In terms of the food and coffee, I was not disappointed. The quality of the coffee was excellent, and it was clear that the baristas took great care in preparing it. The food was also delicious, with a range of options to choose from. Overall, I was very impressed with my experience at Starbucks and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and delicious food in a welcoming and comfortable environment.

Went to Starbucks only because visiting relative insisted. Crazy expensive for some mixed coffee syrup "Grande" & small matcha green tea.

My daughter and I had coffee and a small bite to eat here 3 different times on out trip to Spokane. Each time the staff was super friendly and the coffee was great.

Officially done with this location. I was already on the edge due to something else, but this was my grande mocha today before I had taken any sips at all. Trust me, it's worth the extra couple minutes drive time to go to the Pines location.
I love Starbucks in general. This location was very nice. I like the outside seating and the customer service was great!

Double charged my card for my order and even when that showed up on my bank account (which I showed both cashiers at the window) they tried to fight me on the issue. I just want my money back for being charged double (which I have physical evidence of). Don’t go to this Starbucks location the baristas are clueless and rude.
This review is to commend Tay for her prompt actions in making sure her customers were safe from a suspicious character.
I had met one of my colleagues at this Starbucks to discuss life and the upcoming college classes we are taking together in the Accounting program at WSU. We bought some drinks and talked for an hour and a half when I started to notice a man loitering, talking to himself, playing with the straws and sugars, but seemingly having no drink in hand. It began looking like he was staking out the store. I shook off the uncomfortable vibes but became very aware of him. After a half hour he approached me and gave me his number. I rejected the advance and he slowly walked back to his table mumbling. Tay came over and asked if everything was okay. My colleague and I explained that he had been creeping around the store. She apologized and told us that she would handle it as it was not the first time he had made customers feel uncomfortable. I started to get a bit anxious after that, and, realizing he had been in the bathroom for a while, decided to leave with my friend. A couple hours later I received a message from Tay telling us that he had been trespassed off the property and was with the police. I thanked Tay for her prompt action and in making her customers feel safe. She's amazing!
