How is it possible that they only have a drive thru and a mobile order only? What happens to those who don't have enough time to go through the drive thru or if they don't have the app ready? Bad service and they can quickly lose money and customers.
Hit this curb on my way out the drive through which ruined my tire and rim. Ridiculous design that is hard to see and extends far. Looks like people hit it all the time unless you know to look out for it. Most expensive trip to Starbucks I’ve ever had.

Went there 3 different occasions/times and they been closed during the day. This Starbucks sucks!! It says they close at 8pm but when I arrived before 7:40pm they already closed the line to order. I think it’s better to stick with Bakersfield Starbucks. Still haven’t been able to get my hands on a Starbucks from this location since they opened.

Nonsense interior design, I mean the actual workers area is very spacious, way to much room th don’t need. Dining room, ??? 🤔. If u want to call it dining room. Come on star bucks is known for having a great dining experience especially for business meetings ext…. Second of all, I get it is new workers but, they got to be moving in a fast paste, at least show your customers that u really care about your job and act professional while 12 people are waiting for 30 minutes in the dining room ….horrible place, horrible customer service,, horrible product, not good taste… plus very pricy..$$$$
